· Venue: Two purpose-built courts at Gwangalli Beach, Busan

· Hosts: Korea Beach Volleyball Federation (KBVF), Korea Volleyball Association

· Organizers: KBVF, Busan Metropolitan City, Suyeong-gu Office, Busan Volleyball Association

· Sponsors: Busan Metropolitan City, Suyeong-gu Office

· Official ball: Mikasa beach volleyball

■ Awards

· 1st: Certificate + ₩1,000,000 (1 team)

· 2nd: Certificate + ₩800,000 (1 team)

· 3rd: Certificate + ₩600,000 (2 teams)

■ Team Support

· Match jersey (top) provided to every participating athlete

· Lodging (1 night) + breakfast (1) for men's semifinalist teams

■ Eligibility

· Korean nationals (including naturalized citizens)

· Registered in the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee athlete registration system

· Athletes under an unexpired disciplinary sanction may not enter

· Exception: for 2026 only, those who apply to KBVF to participate

■ Rules & Operation

· Format: current FIVB rules together with KBVF's own regulations

· Team composition: Men 2-a-side / Women 4-a-side

· Sets: best of 3 (sets 1–2 to 21, set 3 to 15); first to 2 sets wins

· Ranking: win/loss, then points-ratio (ties broken by total points ÷ points conceded, to 4 decimals)

· Grouping by entries: under 3 not held / 3–5 round robin / 6–8 two groups / 9–12 three groups / 13–16 four groups (group league, then top-two knockout) / 17+ announced on the KBVF website

· Uniform: must comply with FIVB/KBVF rules (provided by the federation)

■ Schedule (subject to change by venue conditions)

· Men: Aug 10 (Mon) — prelims from 09:30 / knockout from 18:30

· Women: Aug 11 (Tue) — prelims from 09:30 / knockout from 18:00

■ Entry

· Deadline: by 14:00, Thu, Jul 23, 2026 (first 9 teams, first-come)

■ Conditions

· Only applications arriving before the deadline are accepted; phone entries are not accepted.

· No-shows without a valid reason forfeit eligibility for the next event.

· Submitted documents are not returned; any unavoidable correction/change takes effect after committee approval.

· KBVF complies with WADA/KADA rules and carries organizer liability insurance (personal injury insurance is recommended).

· Matters not specified here are decided by the tournament appeals committee.
